Biography

Chekist. Since October 1941 in the partisan detachment. From April 1942 he headed the combined command of all partisan detachments in the south-western districts of the Oryol region and the northern part of the Sumy region . The occupants were driven out of 370 settlements, and in the south of the Bryansk forests a partisan territory was created with a population of over 200 thousand people. In the summer of 1943 he led the successful defense of the region from two German and two Hungarian divisions. He was buried in Saratov at the Resurrection Cemetery .
