Jakac-Dvorna ( Polish: Jakać Dworna ) is a village in the омomжy county of Podlaskie Voivodeship of Poland . It is part of the commune of Snyadovo . Located about 20 km south of the city of Lomza . According to the 2011 census, 81 people lived in the village [1] .

In the 1960s, a monument was installed in the village to senior sergeant Sergei Mikhailovich Belyustin and other soldiers of the 2nd Belorussian Front who died during the liberation of Poland. The monument is installed on the mass grave, where Belyustin is buried. The name of Sergey Belyustin was assigned to a local school [2] .
