Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt is the largest international chain of self-service frozen yogurt cafes. The network was created in 2008 and has about 600 cafes around the world.

History
Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt was founded in 2008 in the United States . In 2009, points of the company also opened in Brazil [1] and Malaysia , and in 2010-2011 - in the UAE and the UK [2] . The company entered the Russian market in 2012 [3] .
Company Activities
The Tutti Frutti network is presented in two formats: an island structure in shopping centers and cafes with their own seats. The " self-service " model allows you to control the size of the dessert and its fillings, thereby the cafe visitor can create their own dessert, mixing tastes. According to company representatives, such a service model allows increasing revenue by 20–25%, lowering the payroll fund by 15–20% and ensuring a high average check [4] .
The network is widespread in the United States , Britain (Tutti Frutti United Kingdom) [5] and several Asian countries ( Naza ) [6] .
The Russian division of the company was founded in 2012. The first cafe was opened in Moscow in the Rio shopping center on Dmitrovskoye Shosse . As of 2018, there are 34 points of sale in Russia, as well as 6 points in Kazakhstan and one each in Armenia , Tajikistan [7] and Ukraine [8] . The holder of the master franchise in the Russian Federation is the company Tutti Frutti Licensor LLC, which develops the network both in Russia and the CIS and Baltic countries [9] .
In the second half of 2017, Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt also launched the Fresh Up brand in Russia, a network of cafe bars of freshly squeezed juices and detox drinks [10] .
Products
Tutti Frutti frozen yogurt is a low-calorie dairy product [3] containing protein, calcium and vitamin C. 100 g of the product contains less than 1% fat and 89 to 125 kcal. The range of products and ingredients includes more than 20 natural flavoring bases for yogurt, sugar-free mixes, basic blends for smoothies and various flavoring syrups [4] .
