Anatoly Ivanovich Fedoseev (born January 20, 1950 , Moscow ) is a Soviet and Russian physicist . Doctor of Physics and Mathematics ( 2007 ), professor at the Department of Optics, Spectroscopy and Physics of Nanosystems, Faculty of Physics, Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov , Deputy Dean of the Physics Department of Moscow State University [1] .

Biography
Born on January 20, 1950 in Moscow. In 1967 he graduated from the Moscow Physics and Mathematics School No. 52 (since 1993, Gymnasium No. 1514 ) [2] .
In 1967-1973, he studied at the Faculty of Physics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov , in 1973-1976, he studied at the graduate school of the Department of Optics and Spectroscopy of the Physics Department of Moscow State University.
In 1979 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences . Subject - "The study of stimulated emission of vibrationally-excited supersonic flow of COас-N₂-He gas mixture". Specialty - 04/01/05 (Optics) . The supervisor of studies is Associate Professor A. I. Odintsov [3] [4] .
Since 1973 - work at the Department of Optics and Spectroscopy of the Physics Department of Moscow State University : assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor.
In 1987-1993 , he was the head of the course, which went down in the history of the Physics Department of Moscow State University as the “Super Course” (“Fedoseev’s Course”: 1985 / 1987-1993).
In 2007 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Physics and Mathematics . The topic is “Generation processes in moving laser-active media and the ability to control the dynamic operating modes of lasers.” Specialty - 04/01/05 (Optics) [5] [6] .
Co-author of 11 patents [7] . Prepared two candidates of physical and mathematical sciences [8] .
Academic title Associate Professor (1997). Since 2009 - Deputy Dean of the Physics Department of Moscow State University [9] .
