Structure
The skyscraper was built near the Hiroshima Grand Hotel, completed at the end of December 2003. The height of the highest section is 166 m. As of January 2009, the Urban View Grand Tower was the tallest building in the Chugoku region , but after the construction of the City Tower Hiroshima and the Grand Cross Tower Hiroshima was completed in August 2016 . , [1] [2] moved to third place.
There are 43 floors above ground and 2 basements, the lower four floors are occupied by commercial objects (shops, restaurants, fitness club, hospital), the middle (from the 5th to the 11th) - offices, the upper floors, starting from the 12th reserved for condominium.
Since 2005, the tower and its surrounding trees have been lit during the annual illumination festival .
Sykkeyen Garden, Hiroshima Castle and the Hiroshima Prefectural Museum of Art are located close to the tower.
