Nemenman Mark Efimovich (born November 6, 1936 , Minsk , BSSR , USSR ) - a Soviet scientist working in the field of programming , was engaged in system programming and developed programming languages . Winner of the Leninsky Komsomol Prize ( 1970 ). He was one of the main developers of the language AKI (AutoCode ENGINEER) in 1964 , even before the BASIC language became known. Nemenman is one of the main developers of the Automatic Programming System for a computer of the “Minsk” series.

Biography
In 1958 he graduated with honors from the Belarusian State University with a degree in mathematics, from 1958 to 1961. worked as a teacher at BSU, and from September 1961 to May 1994. - at NIIEVM ( SKB , Ordzhonikidze plant) as a senior engineer, head of laboratory, head of department.
M. Ye. Nemenman is one of the main developers of the Automatic Programming System for the Minsk-2 , Minsk-22, and Minsk-22M computers, the country's first translator from the Kobol language . He was the deputy chief designer of the Minsk-32 computer, the most popular series, and the research manager of software development for it. After completing the work on the Minsk computer series, Mark Efimovich participated in research of the directions of the development of the EC architecture of the computer , creating model-dependent software EC1037, EU 1130, was the leading developer of system and application software of personal computers and EC1840, 1841 and others.
