Biography
Boris Filippovich Badi-Sagaan was born on January 1, 1928 in the settlement of Artaadyt (since 1929, Chadan , later the city). He graduated from school number 2 in Kyzyl , served in the musical platoon of the cavalry regiment of the Tuva People's Revolutionary Army . Learned to play the wind instrument, guitar, piano. Soon, almost the entire composition of the brass band of a musical platoon in the amount of 22 people was transferred to the musical drama theater.
Since 1947 he was an actor of the Tuva National Music and Drama Theater , in which he served until the end of his life. He studied with such luminaries of the theater as Nikolai Olzey-ool, Viktor Kok-ool, Maxim Munzuk. He created vivid national images on the stage.
He died in 2007.

- Brother - Chychan-ool Filippovich Badi-Sagaan, was the head of the district branch of the KGB in the Mongun-Taiginsky and Barun-Khemchik districts, retired with the rank of lieutenant colonel of the FSB [1] .

- Son - Vladimir Borisovich Badi-Sagaan.
