Stanislav Ivanovich Przhevalsky (1912-1988) - Soviet athlete , specializing in running disciplines ( middle and long distance running , hurdling ), champion and prize-winner of the USSR championships, USSR record holder, Honored Master of Sports of the USSR (1948).

Content
Biography
He played for the clubs "Medic" ( Leningrad ) and CDKA ( Moscow ). He trained under the guidance of Dmitry Pugachev-Ionov . In 1946 and 1947 he became the winner of the competition for the prizes of the newspaper "Humanite" in the team event. In the individual competition at these competitions in 1946 he took 4th place, in 1947 he became a silver medalist.
He participated in the Great Patriotic War , was seriously wounded. He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War of 1 degree and a number of medals.
