Career
Right midfielder from Hayton , Liverpool , Shuker left Everton Academy at the age of 16 to start his career in the Premier League with Manchester City , signing a professional contract at the age of 17. He was loaned to the Macclesfield Town Third Division Club in March 2001, where he played his first professional match led by Gil Prescott. It happened on March 24 in a match with Blackpool on Moss Rose with the score (2: 1), replacing Richard Tracy for 79 minutes. Seven days later, Prescott put Chris in the starting lineup for the lost match against Carlisle United (1: 0) [1] .
