Biography
In service and officer ranks since 1820. Since 1830, a member of the Polish company and since 1848 the Hungarian campaign . In 1843 he was promoted to major general , chairman of the Military Court Commission at the St. Petersburg province [2] . Since 1846, he commanded the Finland Life Guards Regiment .
In 1853 he was promoted to lieutenant general with the appointment of the head of the 3rd Grenadier Division . Since 1862, the St. Petersburg military commandant . In 1866 he was promoted to general from infantry .
In 1840 he was awarded the Order of St. George of the 4th degree for his long service [3] . He was awarded all orders up to the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky granted to him in 1864 [4] [5] .
