The Telyatnikovs estate is a complex of historical buildings in Pushkin . Built in 1838 and 1855-1856. Identified cultural heritage site [1] [2] . It is located on Orangery Street , houses 16, 20, 20a.

Content
History
For the peasant of the Krasnoselsky specific department, N. A. Telyatnikov, in 1838, according to the project of the architect K. A. Ton , a stone house was erected on site No. 80 (current building 20). In 1855, a second stone house (the current house 16) was built for him on the front side of the plot, as well as a one-story wooden wing, and in 1856 a stone wing in the yard (the current house 20a). In 1870, the heir, A. A. Telyatnikov, sold the second house, which later belonged to the merchant, M. Ivanova, and then to a certain Shalberov. The current house 20 belonged to one of the merchants Belozyorov. After the October Revolution, houses became multi-family. House 16, originally a two-story building, is built on the third floor. On the ground floor of the house in the second half of the 20th century was the Milk store (entrance from Kominterna St.). In house 20 was the "Ukrainian Dining Room" [3] [4] .
