Geography
The village is located 17 km west of the district center of the city of Yuryev-Polsky .
History
In the XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Petrovsky volost of the Yuryevsky district , since 1925 - as part of the Yuryevsky volost of the Yuryev-Polsky district of Ivanovo-Voznesensky province . In 1859 [2] there were 10 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 23 yards.
Since 1929, the village was the center of the Mikhalevsky village council of the Yuryev-Polsky district , since 1940 - as part of the Frolovsky village council , since 1977 - as part of the Kosinsky village council , since 2005 - as part of the Krasnoselsky rural settlement .
