Biography

Born October 21, 1952 in Tselinograd of the Kazakh SSR (now Astana , the Republic of Kazakhstan). He graduated from school in Nazran ( Chechen-Ingush ASSR ). From 1969 to 1970, he worked as a milling machine at the Elektroinstrument plant in Nazran, and in 1970–1972 he served in the Soviet army. In 1978, he graduated from the Grozny State Oil Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. From 1978 to 1986 - master, senior foreman of the assembly department of the Stavropoltehmontazh trust ( Tyrnyauz , Kabardino-Balkaria ). In 1986-1988 he served as deputy chief of the Caucasian Industrial and Administrative Directorate of the Ministry of Installation and Special Construction Works of the USSR ( Nalchik ). From 1988 to 1991, he was Head of the Production Department, then Deputy Head of the Caucasus Territorial Coordination and Information Center of Minmontazhspetsstroy (Moscow). In 1991 he received a diploma from the Academy of National Economy at the Council of Ministers of the USSR . In 1991-1993 he was the deputy head of the Caucasian Territorial Installation Complex of the Ministry (Nalchik) [1] .

From October 1993 to March 1994, he was First Deputy Chairman of the Ingush Republic Council of Ministers Tamerlan Didigov. March 21, 1994, became the chairman of the government of the Republic of Ingushetia. His candidacy was approved by the National Assembly on the proposal of the President of Ingushetia R. S. Aushev . On December 9, 1996, the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic was dismissed with the wording “due to unsatisfactory work on managing the socio-economic processes in the republic, leading the government bodies, and exercising other constitutional powers” [2] .

On February 24, 1997, he was appointed Deputy Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in Chechnya V. S. Vlasov .

From 2001 to 2003, he headed the department of construction of the oil and gas complex in the North Caucasus of Rosneftegazstroy OJSC. In 2003–2005, he was the first deputy head of the Montazhkompletsstroy Corporation’s Montazhkomplektinvest. In 2005-2006 - Deputy, First Deputy General Director of OJSC Mosoblstroy Company. In 2006–2007 - Deputy General Director for Production Activities of Promstroymontazh LLC. From 2007 to 2008 - Deputy General Director for Transgas Operations of Spetsgazremstroy OJSC, Gazprom Corporation. From 2008 to 2009 - Chief Engineer, Deputy General Director of Stroyfininvest LLC [1] .

By Decree of the President of Ingushetia of March 30, 2009 No. 72 was appointed a member of the Council of Federation from the executive body of the Republic of Ingushetia. By the decree of the Council of the Federation of May 13, 2009 No. 152-СF, Didigov’s powers were confirmed [3] . He was a member of the Commission for Interaction with the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation . He was a member of the Commission on Housing Policy and Housing and Communal Services, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Financial Markets and Money Circulation.

By the decree of the Council of Federation of December 27, 2011 No. 544-СF, Didigov’s powers were terminated early from December 9, 2011 [4] .

In December 2011, he was elected Chairman of the Ingush People’s Assembly [5] .

On September 9, 2013, by the decree of the President of Ingushetia, was again appointed a member of the Federation Council. In November 2014, he was appointed plenipotentiary representative of the Council of Federation in the Russian government [6] . Elected Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security.

On September 9, 2018, President Yevkurov , re-elected as deputies of the National Assembly for a new term, appointed Musa Chiliev a new senator from the executive body of Ingushetia [7] .
