Biography

He studied under A. Zh. Gro , A. L. Girode-Triozon and A. Depyuzhol .
Best known as a performer of many etchings , reproducing famous works of painting and sculpture in essays , as well as the latest paintings and statues that appeared in Parisian salons of 1817-1831. These prints were published in the publications Annales du Musée et de l'Ecole moderne des beaux arts, Galerie des arts et de l'histoire, Musée de Versailles, Oeuvres de Ingres and some others.
