Skadovsky Commercial Sea Port - a commercial sea port located on the shore of the Dzharylgach Bay of the Black Sea in the city of Skadovsk ( Kherson Region ). It is managed by the Administration of the Skadovsk Commercial Sea Port - a branch of the Administration of the Sea Ports of Ukraine under the leadership of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine . The port includes the Khorlovsky Sea Trade Point , formerly the Genic Port Point (translated under the leadership of the Berdyansk port on June 8, 2001).

Content
History
The port is considered the beginning of history on July 7, 1894 - the reception of a ship in Skadovsk for loading grain.
On November 29, 1957, the port of Kherson port was transformed into an independent Skadovsky port.
In 1998, the port received international status and began to accept international vessels. Ferry service has been established with Turkey (Skadovsk - Istanbul, Skadovsk - Zonguldak - Skadovsk) and Georgia. In the period 1997-2003, 1200 foreign ship calls were carried out. In 2014, the international ferry service was terminated after the Accession of Crimea to the Russian Federation .
Description
The port area is 11.12 hectares. The length of the mooring line is 800 m with 1 cargo area and 6 berths (three are valid). The port has two covered warehouses at berth No. 3: a warehouse for storing general cargo with an area of 448 m² and a capacity of 3538 m³; grain warehouse with an area of 1798 m², capacity 9967 m³. At the southern pier (No. 6) there is a licensed warehouse with an area of 515.3 m² and a capacity of 3538 m³. On berths there are open storage areas with a total area of 10 324 m². Number of employees - about 200 [1]
