North Quinoa - a river in Russia , flows in the Luz district of the Kirov region . The mouth of the river is 4 km on the left bank of the Lebeda River. The river is 11 km long.

The river flows from marshes in a forest area 9 km northeast of the village of Kuzminskaya and 52 km northeast of the city of Luz . The river flows to the north-east, the entire course passes through the uninhabited taiga. It flows into Lebeda, 8 km southeast of the village of Mirny [2] .
