History
Plot number 241, which was built up with wooden houses, in the middle of the XIX century was in the possession of the wife of the clerk of the Lutheran church, Sh. F. Meyer. Then he went to the daughter of State Councilor O. N. Kobylskoy (later, after her husband , Vlasyeva). When it was built on the basement of the former wooden house, the current mansion. Architect unknown. After the October Revolution, the house was given as an apartment. In the XXI century it was built on the attic [3] [4] .
Architecture
The house is brick, plastered, two floors, square in plan. The main facade (on Tserkovnaya Street) is asymmetrical, the right corner is decorated by a bay window. In the style of the house there are elements of the northern modern. Various shapes and sizes of window openings. The doorway is decorated with a pointed portal, above which the eaves are completed with a gable with an oval window. Among the details of the decor of the house are stucco belts encircling windows in the form of sandriks, stucco gothic ornamentation, paddles, traction between floors. Above the entrance was a pointed metal canopy with forged parts (not preserved). The metal fencing of the site from the side of Tserkovnaya Street with a modern-style pattern [3] [4] has not been preserved either.
