Creation History
The album was written in a cabin on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and recorded in Philadelphia , PA , with producer Will Yip [9] . The album was released with the 48-page book Yesterday's Home, which includes all the lyrics. Part of the profits from this recording were aimed at promoting and supporting creative children involved in art and music. The money went to events and creative seminars on education and programming. The tour was announced in the spring of 2014 with support groups Pianos Become the Teeth and Mansions [10] . The North America tour began on March 14, 2014 and ended on April 14, and the international tour began on April 27, 2014 and ended on May 22. This is the first release of the group without No Sleep Records , instead an album released on their own label Better Living via Staple Records . The album took 42nd place in Rock Sound's “Top 50 Albums of the Year”.
