Biography
Born in a family of teachers. She graduated from the Molotkovichi high school. She worked as a pioneer leader Parshaviska (now Berezovichi) secondary school in the Pinsk district. She entered the philological faculty of Lviv State University, from 4 courses transferred to BSU , which she graduated in 1969. She worked as a language and literature teacher at the Vornyanskoye secondary school of the Ostrovets district (1969–1970), and as a literary consultant of the “Village newspaper” (1970–1976). In 1977 - 1980 she studied at the graduate school at the Institute of Art Studies, Ethnography and Folklore of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR . Candidate of Philological Sciences.
