Cantelle (Pas de Calais)

It is located 20 km by road south of Saint-Paul-sur-Ternoise and 41 km by road west of Arras . It borders with the commune of Bonnier , as well as with the communes of Bukmezon , Neuvillet and Barley of the Somme department.

In 1793, the village was called Gran Cantelle and was part of the canton of Frevain in the Saint-Paul district of the Pas de Calais department. Since 1801, Cantelot has been part of the canton of Osie le Chateau in the district of Saint-Paul, since 1926 - in the district of Arras. Since 2015 - in the canton of Saint-Paul-sur-Ternoise ^[1] .

The unemployment rate in 2015 is 0% (in 2010 - 10%). Of the 10 residents aged 15 to 64 years - 8 employees, 1 student and 1 pensioner. Of the 8 employees, 7 worked in their own commune, 1 in another.
