The premiere took place on November 19, 2018 at 19:00 on the STS TV channel. The new series aired from Monday to Thursday at 19:30.
In December 2018, STS officially extended the series for the second season.
As planned, in the first season there should have been 12 episodes [4] [5] . But the channel STS suffered 12 episodes in the second season.
The premiere of the second season of the series took place on May 13, 2019 at 8:00 pm at the STS [6] .
Story
Senya and Fedya do not want to work for anyone else and leave the restaurant Victor. They decide to open their own business - a diner on wheels - food truck "And the fish and meat." In parallel with the conduct of business, the series shows the family life of Seni and his wife Marina, as well as the bachelor life of Fedi, in whose apartment his mother often dreams of marrying her son and grandchildren.
Creation
The author of the project idea is the general producer of STS, director of 4-6 seasons of “Kitchen” Anton Fedotov:
“The new project is rather an alternative development of the life of Seni and Fedi. These heroes are the two brightest "Kitchen" masks on which the series’s main humor rested. We thought that it would be interesting to look at the adventures of this couple, something resembling the heroes of the film " Dumb and Dumber " in completely new circumstances, abstracting from the familiar world of restaurants Claude Monet and Victor.- [7]
Filming started on July 6, 2018 [7] . Due to disagreements between STS and Yellow, Black and White at the end of 2017 (currently the company is working on the Grand series, the logical continuation of Eleon Hotel, for the Super TV channel), new production studios were connected to the process. , film crews and scenario groups.
