Biography

Born in Moscow on March 5, 1974 . He graduated from Lyceum No. 109 (Moscow), and then - the Faculty of Law (Department of Environmental Law) of the Independent Environmental and Political University (Moscow). In 2005 he graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin , in 2009 he completed postgraduate studies at the Research Institute of Theory and History of Fine Arts of the Russian Academy of Arts (supervisor Vitaliy Serafimovich Manin ).

For several years he worked as a lawyer in financial companies. From 1998 to 2010 he worked at the State Museum of the East (Moscow) - head of the department of foreign relations, protocol and marketing. In 2006, he worked in the scientific and exposition department of the German Historical Museum (Berlin, Germany). In June 2010, he was appointed Director of the State Museum-Reserve S. A. Yesenin .

Member of the Moscow Union of Artists , International Council of Museums (ICOM) , scientific councils of the museum S.A. Yesenina (Moscow), Ryazan Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve, S.A. Museum-Reserve Yesenina (v. Konstantinovo). Chairman of the SAC at the Department of Cultural Studies of the RSU .
