The scientific and production company "Packer" produces packer-anchor equipment and layouts. Consumers of products are oil and gas producing and service enterprises of Russia and the CIS, in total there are more than three hundred of them.

The company's turnover in 2017 amounted to 1.5 billion rubles. Own production facilities are located in the city of Oktyabrsky (Republic of Bashkortostan). The number of employees is 718 people. On the territory of the enterprise with a total area of ​​29504 m² there are administrative-household and industrial buildings, storage rooms equipped with modern equipment, there is a private fleet ^[3] .

Production process: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Non-productive activities

For many years, NPF “Packer” has been a center for the formation and dissemination of practices in the region and Russia in the field of social and social activities, production culture, and the system of working with partners.

The scientific and production company "Packer" was established on April 14, 1992 . The founder of NPF Packer LLC is Candidate of Technical Sciences, Honored Inventor of the BASSR Mirsat Mirsalimovich Nagumanov. At the time of formation, Packer NPF LLC was located on leased premises of OAO NPP VNIIGIS. Over a quarter of a century, the Packer research and production company has gone from becoming a screwdriver assembly to a company that is a leader in the market of packer-anchor equipment and downhole assemblies ^[5] .

1996 year

• The first production facilities (7881 m²) owned by the repair and adjustment department of the Remmontazhgazzavodi Production Association were leased.
• The staff totaled 28 people.

1998 year

• Production facilities of Production Association Remmontazhgazzavody were acquired by OOO Packer NPF.

year 2000

• In January, the management and the engineering and technical personnel of the enterprise from the rented premises of NPP VNIIGIS OJSC moved to the occupied space on ul. North, 7.
• In April, NPK Packer LLC for the first time took part in one of the largest and most significant industry events in Russia - the International Oil and Gas Exhibition “Gas. Oil. Technologies ”(Ufa).
• In the period from 1996 to 2000. 9 patents for inventions received.

2002 year

• NPF "Packer" for the first time took part in the country's largest oil and gas event - the Moscow international exhibition "Oil and Gas", traditionally held in June.

2003 year

• The production facilities of the enterprise were expanded through the merger of Metallist CJSC.
• The number of employees in LLC NPF “Packer” amounted to 163 people.
• A thermal section was launched into operation, equipped with two new resistance electric furnaces SNZ-8.16.5.10.

2004 year

• A medical care center has been opened that provides medical, wellness and preventive procedures to employees of the enterprise.

2005 year

• The first CNC milling machine (vertical milling machining center LEADER-5 of the Italian company SIGMA) was purchased.

2006 year

• Two NL3000Y / 2000 turning and machining machines of the Japanese company Mori Seiki were purchased and commissioned.
• At site No. 2, the first production site (assembly and shipment of finished products) began operation.
• The output amounted to: 26 types of packer-anchor equipment and 5 packer-anchor assemblies.
• The number of employees increased to 288 people, and to improve the efficiency of production management, work began on preparing for the implementation and certification of the quality management system at the enterprise for compliance with the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 standard.

2007 year

• A certificate was obtained for the conformity of the quality management system of LLC NPF Packer with the requirements of the standard DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000, TUV Thuringen eV (Germany).
• A comprehensive information system “1C: Industrial Enterprise Management” (“1C: SCP 8”) has been introduced, which meets Russian and international standards and provides automation of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise on the basis of a single information space.

2008 year

• A service center has been opened in the city of Nizhnevartovsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, which provides a range of services for the maintenance and repair of equipment manufactured by NPF Packer LLC.
• The implementation of the software package for the SolidWorks computer-aided design system has begun, which allows to reduce the time for design preparation of production.
• SprutCAM software has been launched for the development of control programs for CNC machines, which can reduce the time for technological preparation of production.

year 2009

• The implementation of the lean manufacturing subsystems has begun, with the goal of further developing the quality management system and increasing the value of enterprise organization: Streamlining / 5S, General Equipment Productive Maintenance (TPM), lean office.
• The certificate of conformity of labor protection works (safety certificate) No. ROSS RU FROM 010265 was received.
• A new indoor warehouse for storage of rolled metal was launched with a total area of ​​about 300 m².

2010 year

• New service centers and representative offices were opened: in February - in the city of Nyagan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, in July - in the city of Muravlenko, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, in October - in the city of Leninogorsk, Republic of Tatarstan.
• The quality management system of OOO NPF Packer was recertified at TUV Thuringen eV (Germany) for compliance with the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
• In May, according to the results of the competition for the "Best Metrological Service of the Republic of Bashkortostan" among enterprises employing up to 1000 people, the metrological service of OOO NPF "Packer" took third place.
• The company is expanding production facilities. A procurement section equipped with the latest equipment was launched: band saws of the Italian company FMB and the Spanish concern DANOBAT.
• In July, a canteen was opened for employees. Since November, management has decided to provide employees with free meals, including complex, dietary and semi-a la carte lunches to choose from.

2011

• In Moscow, in May, at the X anniversary forum “Days of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of Russia-2011”, NPF Packer LLC was awarded a diploma following the results of the contest “Best Innovative Project” for resource-saving, non-reagent equipment to prevent scale formation.
• In June, LLC NPF “Packer” was awarded the diploma of the winner of the 1st degree in the nomination “Best Quality Management System of the Republic of Bashkortostan”. In the nomination “Best Products of Bashkortostan”, a laureate diploma for “Double-barrel hydromechanical packer with cable entry P-EGM” was awarded.
• In November, for the achievement of high results in improving the quality and safety of domestic goods in the framework of the contest "100 Best Products of Russia", the company's products - "Hydro-mechanical double-barrel packer with cable entry P-EGM" - was awarded a finalist diploma.
• The development of new technologies and equipment was continued, and from 2008 to 2011. 8 patents for inventions and 3 patents for utility models have been received.
• The software product “1C: Document Management 8” has been introduced, which provides a full cycle of processing company documents.

2015 year

• On February 14, 2015, the Packer Non-State Pension Fund was visited by the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Khamitov Rustem Zakievich ^[10] .
• On March 28, 2015, the Technopark program on the industrial culture of the Packer Non-State Pension Fund was released on the Russia 24 channel ^[11] .

2016 year

2017 year

• On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC TATNEFT RN Minnikhanov, in order to create jobs for former employees of CJSC TGC Urusssinskaya State District Power Plant, a joint venture of PJSC Tatneft and LLC NPF Packer was established - Experimental machine-building plant “TAPART” (OEM “TAPART”) ^[13] .
• On March 9, as part of a meeting of the KFU Board of Trustees with the participation of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, the opening of the “Audience of oil and gas fields” at the Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Technologies of Kazan Federal University (KFU) was officially announced. The partner of this project was NPF Packer ^[14] .
• The 25th anniversary of the company is celebrated. A charity marathon dedicated to the anniversary of NPF “Packer” was held.
