Publications and Speeches

In 2015, Sally Osberg, in collaboration with Roger Martin, wrote the book “Going beyond the best: How social entrepreneurship works” [5] (subsequently translated into Russian). This book describes how social entrepreneurs are guided by systems that exist in stable but unfair equilibrium, turn them into completely new, excellent, and stable equilibrium positions. All these leaders develop, build and scale their decisions in ways that lead to revolutionary changes that can make the world more honest and better [6] .

In an article in the manifesto, “Social Entrepreneurship Needs a Definition,” published in the Stanford Social Innovation Review in 2007, Osberg and Martin argued for a more rigorous definition and laid down limitations on the concept of “social entrepreneurship” in this rapidly developing field [7] .

Sally Osberg also wrote about social entrepreneurship for Harvard Business Review [8] , Rotman magazine [9] , Financial Times [10] , CNN [11] and others. She was interviewed by Forbes [12] , The Huffington Post [13] , Bloomberg Television [14] .
