Santi Sergio e Bakko - abolished titular diaconia . The titular deaconess of Saints Sergius and Bacchus, one of the first seven deacons, was established by Pope Agathon in 678 . It was located in the VIII district of Rome, inside the Roman Forum , next to the Arc de Triomphe of Septimius Severus . During the pontificate of Pope Gregory III, her building and her small chapel were expanded. In 1587, titular diaconia was abolished by Pope Sixtus V , and later, in the pontificate of Pope Paul V , the church itself was destroyed.
