History
The club takes its history from the second half of the seventies, when a team representing the team of the Lyubertsy factory of commercial engineering performed in the championship of the Lyubertsy district (also, in the early 50s, the team of the factory of commercial engineering played in the championship of the Ukhtomsky district, but its performances were episodic) . Regularly participating in various regional and regional competitions (in 1986 he won the main prize of the Cosmonaut Volkov’s memory Cup, the finals of which were held in Kaliningrad , Moscow Region), the club became the champion of Moscow Region in 1988, having the right to represent the city next season in the RSFSR championship among physical education teams [ 1] . The team, taking first place both in the zonal tournament and in the final competitions in Pskov [2] [3] , received the status of a team of masters, and for the next two years played in the second allied (lower) league .
After the collapse of the USSR, the club continued its performances already in the championship of Russia , playing in the second and third leagues for six and a half seasons. The deteriorating funding from the plant and the unsuccessful search for new sponsors led to the removal of the team from the championship of the “Center” zone of the Second Division during the 1998 season. In 1999-2001, Torgmash played in the KFK championship . In the fall of 2001, the club ceased to exist (only veteran Torgmash teams continued to play in the championship of the district).

The successor to Torgmash was the Zvezda team [4] .
In recent times, “Torgmash” has been recreated as a club of a kind of football with fewer players and on a smaller site — it plays in the Lyubertsy amateur football league [5] .
In 2008, the Lyubertsy “Torpedo” was revived, after some time officially ceased to consider the history of “Torgmash” as its own.
