Geography
The village is located 3 km south of the center of the village of Bavleny and 18 km northeast of the district center of Kolchugino .
History
In the XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Esiplevsky volost of the Yuryevsky district , since 1925 - as part of the Yuryevsky volost of the Yuryev-Polsky district of Ivanovo-Voznesensky province . In 1859 [2] there were 38 yards in the village, and in 1905 [3] there were 36 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Bavlensky Village Council of the Kolchuginsky District , since 1962 - as part of the Esiplevsky Village Council , since 2002 - as part of the Bavlensky Village District , and since 2005 - as part of the Bavlensky Village Settlement .
