They took associates from other regions, discussed issues, gathered workers, agitators and militants. After 1906 they moved to an illegal position [1] .

Architecture
This is a one-story building with a stone basement located at the intersection of Kirova Street (Proezdzhyaya Street) and Tokarei Street . In 1997, the house underwent a major renovation, in which a warm staircase was added from the southern facade, and an internal redevelopment was made. The house is extended along the red line of Kirov Street. The wooden main northern facade is highlighted with shovels, covering the ends of the log house, in two parts. The windows are rectangular with wooden carved platbands in baroque shapes. The blades are highlighted with a false wooden decor with large outlets. The basement floor has no decor, the windows are smaller in size than on the first floor, square in shape, with arched completion. Other facades are identical.
