Residential building on Sinyaeva 58

The house was built until about 1914 [1] .

By decision of the Executive Committee of the Sverdlovsk Regional Council of People’s Deputies No. 75 of 02/18/1991, the house was put on state guard as a monument of urban planning and architecture of regional significance [2] .

A one-story wooden residential building on 57 Tatishchev Street interfered with the expansion of the road in preparation for the 2018 World Cup in football during the reconstruction of Tatishchev Street and was moved to 58 Sinyaev Street [3] .

Architecture

Currently, the house is located in the western district of the city of Yekaterinburg, on the territory of the former village of Verkh-Isetsky Plant. A wooden, one-story house occupies a corner position. Carved ornamental decor was used in the decoration of the facades. The picture of the bindings of large windows is characteristic of the modern style. A sample of wooden buildings at the beginning of the 20th century, a mixture of sawn decor with a pattern of window binders, typical of Art Nouveau [4] . The three-part gates adjacent to the house along the red line of the street are also decorated with carvings and perforated iron at the top of the pillars. An outbuilding that closes the front of the estate buildings along the outer boundary of the plot, of earlier origin. Until 2016, the house had a manor plot with outbuildings and a three-part gate that adjoined the house along the red line of Tatishchev Street. The gates were decorated with carvings and perforated iron at the top of the pillars. The outbuilding closed the front of the estate buildings along the outer boundary of the site, of earlier origin [4] .
