Biography
From childhood she lived in the Grand Duchy of Poznansky . After the death of her husband, a participant in the Polish uprising of 1830 , owned the estate. She kept in touch with emigre writers, received them at her estate, including K. Balinsky , T. Lenartovich and others. Her daughter Angela was the wife of General E. Tachanovsky .
Participated in cultural and charity projects.
Creativity
Agnieszka Baranowska is the author of several plays staged on the stages of amateur and professional theaters, including Star (owie (Poznan, 1880), Zamek Kościański (Poznan, 1884), Ostatni wieniec weteranem trzydzióstego roku (Poznan, 1885), Starosta kościański. " She wrote many popular poems, including those dedicated to A. Mitskevich .
Her pen belongs to the dramas Dramat z pierwszych chwil dziejowych Polski (1880), Zamek w Gołuchowie (production of 1904).
She collaborated with women's publications (Lechu, Dwutygodniku dla Kobiet), and wrote on patriotic topics. In her work she often used plots from Greater Poland legends.
