Biography

In the service of the class rank since 1829 after graduating from the law faculty of the Imperial Moscow University . Since 1834 Secretary of the Land Survey Office. Since 1837, the ruler of the Tver Governor . Since 1839, Secretary of the Moscow Medical-Surgical Academy . Since 1843, the head of the Medical Department of the Ministry of Interior ^[1] . Since 1854, the head of the department, since 1861 a member of the Council of the Department of Affairs of the Ministry of the Imperial Court of the Russian Empire ^[2] .

In 1849, he was promoted to the State Councilors ^[3] . In 1860, he was promoted to active state councilor , in 1866 to secret adviser .

He was awarded all Russian orders until the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky granted to him in 1880 ^[4] .

Son: Jacob (d. 1911) - actual state councilor
