History
The church was founded by the commander of the 28th artillery brigade, Major General Ivan Petrovich Lemtyuzhnikov in 1868-1869. The consecration of the temple took place on October 1, 1869, on the same day as the consecration of the Holy Trinity rebuilt as an Orthodox church. The Church of the Resurrection was a cemetery church attached to the church of the Holy Trinity. During World War I, the services in the temple ceased. After the return of the Trinity Church to the Catholics in 1919, the Resurrection Church became a parish.
Architecture
The temple is a wooden single-nave structure. Entrance to the church is through the porch. Over the church stands the bell tower, decorated with a number of ridges and topped with a bulbous dome with a six-pointed Russian cross on it. On both sides of the temple there are windows with green shutters. The church has a single-row iconostasis.
