Naga Viper - one of the most burning red pepper varieties. In 2011, he was named the Guinness Book of Records as the “Hottest Chilli Pepper in the World” with a hit rating of 1,382,118 units on the Scoville scale ( English Sciville Heat Units , SHU ) [1] [2] , but was outperformed by the hitiness several other peppers, such as Pepper X in 2017 [2] [3] .

Origin
Naga Viper was created in England by chilli farmer Gerald Fowler ( Eng. Gerald Fowler ) from The Chilli Pepper in , Cumbria [4] . It is claimed that this is an unstable tripartite hybrid, produced from , Naga Jolokia and Scorpio Trinidad [2] , one of the hottest peppers in the world [5] .
