The draw for the 2014 World Cup qualifier was held in Rio de Janeiro on July 30, 2011. The national teams of the following countries were included in group H of the UEFA zone: England , Montenegro , Ukraine , Poland , Moldova and San Marino . Matches in group H were held from September 7, 2012 to October 15, 2013.
The winner of the group, England, went straight to the final stage of the 2014 World Cup . Ukraine was one of the eight best runners-up, and went into butt games, where France won them by lot [1] . They won the first match with a score of 2: 0, and the second they lost with a score of 0: 3, and did not qualify for the final stage of the World Cup.
