Titlyanova Argenta Antoninovna (August 14, 1929) - Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Head of the Laboratory of Biogeocenology of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the SB RAS (1974-1999). Working in the framework of the IBE since 1967, it developed a method for evaluating aboveground and underground products for grass ecosystems, and also proposed an estimate of the minimum underground production. In the future, her research interests were focused on the study of successions in grass ecosystems of the Siberian School for the Study of the Biological Cycle.

She graduated from school in the village of Yartsevo .
In 1952 she graduated from Leningrad University with a degree in Radiochemist.
From 1952 to 1954 she worked in the Atomic Project.
From 1955 to 1964 she worked in the biophysics laboratory of the Ural branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences under the leadership of Nikolai Vladimirovich Timofeev-Resovsky .
Since 1964 he has been living in Akademgorodok , worked at Novosibirsk State University as Deputy Dean of the FEN and since 1972 he has been working at the Institute of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry of the SB RAS .

Born in Blagoveshchensk on August 14, 1929. Parents: father - Antonin Andreyevich Titlyanov, mother - Lebedeva Evgenia Grigoryevna.
In 1935 she moved to Kamchatka.
In 1940 she moved to Petropavlovsk.
Scientific activity
Argenta Antoninovna has been engaged in science since 18 years, at first as a chemist, radiochemist, a specialist in the method of radioactive isotopes, and for the last forty years, as an ecologist.
