Biography
Born May 3, 1947 in the city of Kemerovo.
In 1970 she graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Kemerovo Polytechnic Institute (now Kuzbass State Technical University named after T. F. Gorbachev ) with a degree in Basic Organic and Petrochemical Synthesis, qualification as engineer-chemist in organic synthesis.
In 1995-1998 she was an applicant at the Research Institute of Higher Education of the State Committee on Higher Education of the Russian Federation. She defended her thesis on the topic “Formation of the content of higher professional education on the basis of continuity with secondary professional education” in 1998.
In 1970-1978 she worked as a senior engineer at the Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute . In 1978-1983 - a teacher, head of the department of the Kemerovo Chemical College.
In 1983-1986 she was a methodologist, deputy director for academic work at the Moscow Hydrometeorological College.
In 1986-1987 - inspector of the State Inspectorate of secondary special educational institutions of the USSR Ministry of Higher Education.
In 1987-1990 - a leading methodologist of the State Education of the USSR.
In 1990-1996, he was the chief specialist of the State University of Russia.
In 1996-2002 - Head of Department of the Ministry of Education of Russia.
In 2002-2004 - Head of Division, Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Education of Russia.
In 2004-2009 - Head of Division, Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.
In 2009-2010 - Advisor to the Rector, Vice-Rector for Methodological Work and Regional Development of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation . In 2010-2011, he was vice-rector for methodological work and regional development of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Since 2011, she became the first vice-rector for academic and methodological work at the Financial University, and is currently an adviser to the rector of the Financial University.
