Krasnograd meat processing plant ( Ukrainian. Krasnograd meat'yasokombinat ) is an enterprise of the food industry in the city of Krasnograd, Kharkov region .

History
The company was established in 1972 in accordance with the ninth five-year plan for the development of the national economy of the USSR .
In Soviet times, the meat factory was the third in terms of production in the Kharkov region and in 1991 produced up to 30 tons of sausages per day [2] . Together with six other meat processing plants in the region, the Kharkov poultry processing plant and 17 procurement farms that supported them, he was part of the Kharkov regional production association of the meat industry [3] and was one of the leading enterprises in the city [1] [4] .
After the independence of Ukraine, the meat processing plant was transferred to the communal property of the Kharkov region [3] . Subsequently, the state-owned enterprise was transformed into an open joint-stock company and in 2000 stopped production activities [2] .
In 2002, Megabank OJSC became the shareholder of the meat processing plant. After completion of the enterprise reorganization procedure in 2004, Megabank invested about 9 million hryvnias in a meat processing plant (including 6.5 million hryvnias of direct investments for repair and construction works and equipment purchase), and also paid off 2 , 5 million hryvnias of salary and tax payments. In September 2004, the face shop began [5] , which since October 2004 began production of packaged beef and pork [2] , as well as offal , skins and intestinal semi-finished product. In total, in 2004 the plant produced products for 729 thousand hryvnias [6] .
In the second half of 2005, the sausage shop was restored [2] .
In September 2006, the design capacity of the plant provided the possibility of producing up to 8 tons of meat products of 32 kinds per day (the main products were cooked, half-smoked and cooked smoked sausages, as well as sausages and sausages) [1] .
The economic crisis that began in 2008 complicated the situation of the enterprise, which was reorganized into a closed joint-stock company . In the future, the position of the enterprise stabilized, and in April 2011 the production facilities of the plant provided the possibility of producing 2 - 2.5 tons of sausages per day [7] .
