Biography

Born on August 1, 1950. At the age of ten, he entered the Sports School of CSKA. In the 1967/68 season, he first played for the main team of CSKA , but did not gain a foothold in the squad, speaking in the early years for the youth squad and for the army's farm club - “ Star ” (Chebarkul). Since 1970 he was the main player of CSKA, in his composition three times (1971, 1972, 1973) he became the champion of the USSR , and in 1974 he became the second winner of the championship. In 1973 he became the owner of the USSR Cup . Winner of the European Cup (1971, 1972, 1973)

After leaving CSKA, he played for SKA (Leningrad), Spartak (Moscow), Khimik (Voskresensk), Metallurg (Cherepovets). In 1976, as part of Spartak, he became the champion of the USSR. In total in the major league he spent over 270 matches and scored 77 goals. He was distinguished by speed, dexterity, and also good orientation in difficult game situations during the game.

He played for the second team of the USSR.

In 1984, he completed his playing career and switched to coaching. He worked as a chief, coach, head coach of the CSKA-2 team (Moscow), then as a children's coach in the Moscow Youth Sports School of CSKA and Constellation.

In 2001, he was awarded the badge of honor For services in the development of physical culture and sports .
