Biography
Born March 31, 1937 . Candidate Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU in 1986-1990. Russian. He graduated from the factory-technical college at the Moscow Automobile Plant them. Likhachev ( ZIL ). In March 1989, he was a candidate for people's deputies in the Moscow-national-territorial district. Got less than 10% of the vote. In 1993, the plant was incorporated [1] . 1993-1994 - Member of the Council on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship under the Government of the Russian Federation. Vice-President of Moscow Joint Stock Company (AMO) ZIL since 1995, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AMO Bank.
