National Inventors Hall of Fame (USA)

The National Inventors Hall of Fame is an American nonprofit organization created in 1973 to reward people who have made significant contributions to technology advancement. He also runs a museum in the city of Alexandria (Virginia) , and organizes creative development programs throughout the United States.

History

The organization was originally housed in the United States Patent and Trademark Office , Washington. After the Office moved to Virginia, it also moved - a museum was located in Alexandria, the headquarters of the Hall of Fame - in North Canton , Stark County , Ohio . The Patent and Trademark Office has been and remains the main sponsor and partner of the Hall of Fame [1] .
