The railway bridge over Iset , an experimental bridge over the Iset river, is a unique engineering structure made using advanced technology in the late 1930s in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky , Sverdlovsk Region [1] .

Decree of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region No. 859-PP dated December 28, 2001 assigned the status of an architectural monument of regional significance [2] .
Architecture
The bridge was designed by a Moscow engineer, professor Vasily Antonovich Rosnovsky. The professor conducted scientific research in the field of design of concrete bridges (for the development and construction of the railway bridge in Kamensk-Uralsky he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor) [1] .
The railway bridge is located on the eighth kilometer of the Sinarskaya-Chelyabinsk railway line in the city limits of Kamensk-Uralsky near the intersection of Gagarin and Naberezhnaya streets [1] .
Construction work was carried out from 1938 to 1940. The bridge span was 140 meters, coastal flyovers were 56 meters long, 42 meters on the right, 42 meters on the right, and 22 meters on the boom. It was erected by the Mostotrest organization, the manufacture of metal structures and assembly welding were performed by the Verkhnyaya Salda plant [1] .
During the construction, a new technology was used at that time - pipe concrete, filling steel pipes with concrete. A constructive scheme was used using a double-hinged arch (externally, the bridge is similar to the Konstantinovsky bridge across the Dnieper in the city of Zaporozhye ) [3] .
