DSQ

The DSQ (methodology) ( Dental Satisfaction Questionnaire ) was developed by the RAND Research Center to study patient opinions about dental care and is based on measuring patient satisfaction in areas such as affordability / convenience, cost, pain management and quality. DSQ provides for the use of answers on a 5-level Likert scale from “strongly agree” to “strongly disagree” and the formation of an integral satisfaction index. [one]

  • DSQ is used in patient-oriented clinic management. In the framework of the Patient Loyalty Audit System, the results of evaluating patient satisfaction with dental services are compared with the achieved result - the NPS loyalty index of patients of a dental organization. [five]
