Biography
He was born in 1913 in the Melzhakhsinsky settlement. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1933 - on economic, social and political work. In 1933 - 1968 - Inspector of the State Insurance Committee of Yakutsk and the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, inspector, head of the tax department of the People’s Commissariat of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, chairman of the Tatta district executive committee, chairman of the Srednekolymsky district executive committee, minister of local industry of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, chairman of the State Planning Committee of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, head of the Zarechny Production and Farm Administration Office of Capital Construction under the Council of Ministers of the Yakut ASSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd convocation.
He died after 1967.
