Biography

Born August 12, 1926. He was engaged in arbitration work from 1960 to 1970, when he arbitrated matches of the major league. In the period from 1963 to 1966 he was recognized as the best hockey referee of the USSR. From 1970 to the time of retirement, he worked at the Department of Physical Education of the Moscow Polytechnic Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya .
