Biography

Orthodox. From hereditary nobles of the Kiev province [1] . The son of Colonel Mikhail Nikolaevich Ganzen.

Secondary education in Kiev 4th Gymnasium , after which in 1888 he entered the University of St. Vladimir , where he graduated from the three courses.

In 1890, he graduated from the military school courses of the Moscow Junior Infantry School , from where he was released as a second lieutenant in the 129th Bessarabian Infantry Regiment . Produced as a lieutenant on May 15, 1894 [2] , as head captain — August 6, 1900 [3] , as captain — February 12, 1905 [4] . He graduated from the officer school of infantry "successfully."

With the beginning of the First World War, he was transferred to the 277th Infantry Regiment of Pereyaslav. Georgievskim weapons awarded

Produced as lieutenant colonel on May 13, 1915, " for differences in cases against the enemy, " and in colonels - on February 26, 1916, " for differences in cases against the enemy ." July 18, 1916 he was appointed commander of the 277th Pereyaslav Infantry Regiment. On April 14, 1917, he was appointed commander of the brigade of the 70th infantry division , and on September 8 of the same year, he was promoted to major general with approval in office. September 10, 1917 he was appointed commander of the 135th Infantry Division.

In emigration to Bulgaria. Head of the Russian house for the disabled in Knyazhevo (a suburb of Sofia), where he died in 1929.
