The Fallmer, Klogg, and Umbrella Factory , also known as the Van Skiever House , is an industrial building in Lancaster , Pennsylvania , United States of America .

The five-story brick building with a quadrangular corner tower is located at West King Street, 254-260, on the corner of Mulberry Street. It was built by Fallmer, Clogg & Company , one of the world's largest manufacturers of umbrellas , in 1880-1905. The factory has a U-shape and is located on a site measuring 45 x 75 meters.
In 1944, the building was acquired by the Van Skivera furniture company, which housed a furniture workshop, warehouse and store. Since 1982, the building was empty, and in 1986 it was reconstructed and adapted for residential apartments . In the same year, the monument was included in the US National Register of Historic Places .
