Biography
Fernandez-Araos received a master's degree in industrial engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, which he graduated with a gold medal. He then earned an MBA from Stanford University .
Since 1986, Fernandez-Araos has been working for Egon Zehnder, a company that selects top managers in 40 countries.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Fernandez-Araos worked for McKinsey & Company, a consulting company.
Fernandez-Araos is the author of two books on recruitment. He writes articles for the business publications Harvard Business Review [2] and MIT Sloan Management Review [3] .
The book by Fernandez-Araos The Selection of the Strongest has been praised by management experts such as James “Jim” Collins , John Francis “Jack” Welch Jr. and Daniel Goleman [4] .
