Story
The old world is crumbling. Across a contaminated and overpopulated continent, malihor spreads, an incurable fatal disease. People are gradually losing hope of salvation.
Everything changes when sailors discover the island of Tir Fradi, hundreds of miles from the coast, whose inhabitants are not afraid of the disease. Representatives of different countries are rushing to a new land in search of treasures and a cure for malichore.
You are going to Tir Fradi as a messenger from the Commonwealth of Merchants. Together with you on the island arrives your cousin, Constantine De Sard, who is appointed governor in the city of New Serena, founded by the community on the island. As soon as the ship reaches the pier, your adventure begins. You will have to look for a cure for malichor and at the same time have a delicate political game with both the colonial countries and the locals, who are magically connected with nature [2] .
Gameplay
In the game, you, along with other settlers, mercenaries and treasure hunters, explore a remote island where the locals who fight back from the invasion of the settlers are protected by supernatural beings. GreedFall is a battle, but it also applies to diplomacy - deception and cunning. Your actions, from the seemingly trivial choice to the most important political decisions, will influence the course of events, as well as the relations between the various groups created on the island [3] .
