Biography
Born in 1911 in the village of Mahmudlu of the Jebrail district of the Elizabethpol province (now a village in the Fizuli region of Azerbaijan).
He worked as the chairman of the collective farm named after Japaridze of the Karyaginsky district. In 1947, a cotton crop was obtained on the collective farm - 86.8 centners per hectare on an area of 10 hectares.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 10, 1948, for receiving high cotton yields in 1947, Bendaly Mutall oglu was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Hammer and Sickle gold medal.
In 1950, letters were received from the collective farmers of the Japaridze collective farm with complaints to the chairman to the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Azerbaijan and to the Prosecutor's Office of the Azerbaijan SSR. Commissions were sent to the district, as a result of the audit it was established that during his work as chairman he created a criminal group. Abusing his official position, he appropriated and promoted the appropriation of collective farm cattle in the amount of about 400 thousand rubles. He misinformed the party and state bodies, appropriated about 200 thousand collective farm money. During the check, other facts of theft were discovered both from the side of Aliyev himself and from the side of his criminal group. Violating the charter of the agricultural cartel, he arbitrarily treated the collective farmers, on the basis of personal notes, transferred the sheep from the collective farm to friends. His behavior caused discontent among the collective farmers.
On December 12, 1950, the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan SSR convicted under article 226 of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan SSR. Sentenced to 20 years of forced labor camps with subsequent loss of rights for 5 years. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of January 26, 1952, he was deprived of the title of Hero of Socialist Labor and all awards.
