Biography
In the service of a cool rank since 1847. Since 1862, a college adviser , Vitebsk vice-governor . In 1866, he was promoted to full state councilor , director of the Executive Police Department [1] . Since 1868, he was a fellow of the Chief Prosecutor of the Criminal Cassation Department, since 1870 he was Chief Prosecutor of the First Division of the Third Department of the Governing Senate .
In 1872 he was promoted to Privy Councilor [2] . From 1872 to 1901 he was appointed senator to those present and first present in the Higher Disciplinary Presence, in the First, Second, Fifth Departments and in the Heraldry Department of the Governing Senate . In 1894 he was promoted to acting privy councilor [3] .
He was awarded all Russian orders up to the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky with diamond signs granted to him on August 26, 1897.
